Zhishun Finance APP reported that Xintian Technology (300615.SZ) announced that on July 31, 2026, Shenzhen Yuanqi Infinite Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Yuanqi") signed a Share Transfer Agreement with Shi Weiping, Liu Hui, Xue Feng, and Wang Changhua, stipulating that Shenzhen Yuanqi will acquire a total of 43.4224 million shares held by Shi Weiping, Liu Hui, Xue Feng, and Wang Changhua through an agreement transfer, accounting for 22.4999% of the total share capital of the listed company.
