Yin Fei Storage: Shareholders holding more than 5% of shares have 12.9859 million shares subject to judicial seizure.

Yinfei Storage announced that recently, 12,985,900 shares held directly by major shareholder Jin Yueyue, who owns more than 5% of the company, were judicially seized and transferred to Ms. Chen Yuan, with the completion of the transfer registration on July 29, 2026. Following this change in equity, Jin Yueyue's direct shareholding ratio fell from 9.59% to 5.18%, and the total shareholding ratio with concerted parties decreased from 21.90% to 17.49%. This change does not trigger a tender offer and will not result in a change of the company's controlling shareholder or actual controller.
