As of 9 AM today, 20 rivers in Heilongjiang, Jilin, Inner Mongolia, and Hebei remain above warning levels. According to forecasts, in the next three days, the Hulan River, a tributary of the Songhua River, will experience a numbered flood due to rainfall and upstream water flow. Small and medium rivers such as the Ougen River and the Mi River, tributaries of the Hulan River in Heilongjiang Province, the Qianyou River, a tributary of the Han River in Shaanxi, and the Enyang River, a tributary of the Qujiang River in Sichuan, may also exceed warning levels. From 8 AM on August 2 to 8 AM on August 3, there is a high likelihood of flash floods occurring in parts of southeastern Guangdong, southern Chongqing, eastern Sichuan, western and northern Guizhou, northern Yunnan, and southern Shaanxi; specifically, there is a very high likelihood of flash floods in eastern Sichuan and southern Shaanxi. The Ministry of Water Resources issued a red warning for mountain flood disasters at 8 AM today and maintained a blue flood warning, reminding the public in areas affected by heavy rainfall and floods to take precautions.
