Wildfires in Greece are approaching the capital, Athens.

Recently, wildfires have broken out in multiple areas of Greece. On August 1, one of the fires spread to the northwest of the capital, Athens, fueled by strong winds, and the situation became critical. The Greek fire department stated that they have dispatched over 300 firefighters, 92 fire trucks, 18 planes, and 7 helicopters to combat the blaze.
