Enerage Inc. and others establish a new company that includes research and development businesses for intelligent robots.

According to the QiChaCha app, Anhui Yingli Baishun Fluid Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was recently established, with business scope including research and development of intelligent robots; sales of intelligent robots; manufacturing of industrial robots; research and development of mechanical equipment; and general equipment repair. Equity penetration data from QiChaCha shows that the company is jointly owned by Yingli Group and other shareholders.
