On the evening of July 23, Beijing time, the European side officially announced the 21st round of sanctions against Russia, sanctioning 14 mainland China and Hong Kong enterprises. In order to safeguard national security and interests, fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, and in response to the European side's above-mentioned malicious actions, in accordance with relevant provisions of the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the Regulations on the Control of Dual-Use Items Exported by the People's Republic of China, China has decided to include Lafarge Group and 14 other EU entities on the export control list, prohibiting exporters from exporting dual-use items to the above-mentioned entities, and prohibiting overseas organizations and individuals from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from the People's Republic of China to the above-mentioned entities.
