Kerry announced that shareholder Xiangqiangrui Group's acting in concert person Wang Wenxuan increased his holdings by 3.3873 million shares through centralized bidding from July 16 to 20, 2026, accounting for 0.92% of the total share capital. As of the close of trading on July 21, Xiangqiangrui Group and acting in concert persons' total shareholding percentage increased from 6.12% to 7.04%. Wang Wenxuan is the father of the actual controller of Xiangqiangrui Group. This change in shareholding will not result in the company's equity distribution not meeting the listing requirements, nor will it change the controlling shareholder or the actual controller.
