Sunshine Power: Chairman Cao Renxian proposes to repurchase shares worth 500 million to 1 billion yuan.

Sunshine Power announced that the company has received a proposal from Chairman Cao Renxian to use its own funds or self-raised funds to repurchase company shares through centralized bidding, with the total repurchase funds not less than 500 million yuan and not more than 1 billion yuan. The repurchased shares will be used for equity incentives or employee stock ownership plans.
