Jiaze New Energy announced that the company will repurchase shares at a price not exceeding 6.61 yuan per share within 12 months starting from January 29, 2026, for the purpose of cancellation and reducing registered capital, with an expected repurchase amount of 220 million to 440 million yuan. As of July 17, a total of 14.1035 million shares have been repurchased from July 1 to July 17, accounting for 0.48% of the total shares, and a payment of 59.0739 million yuan was made; a total of 34.7173 million shares have been repurchased, accounting for 1.19% of the total shares, with a payment of 159 million yuan, and the repurchase price ranging from 4.07 yuan to 5.82 yuan per share.
