The 2026 World Artificial Intelligence Conference and High-Level Conference on Global Governance of Artificial Intelligence will be held in Shanghai from July 17th to 20th. At the conference, Shanghai Quantum Technology Co., Ltd. released its first atomic quantum artificial intelligence platform "Quantum One", and simultaneously launched three versions: an entry-level version Cloud-Linked for university research, a standard version Appliance for enterprise research centers and industry benchmark projects, and a flagship version Infrastructure for central enterprises, large institutions, and joint laboratories. In addition, Quantum and Shanghai AI Research Institute, and Fudan University jointly announced the establishment of the "Neutral Atom Quantum Intelligence Laboratory".
