On July 18th at 16:00, the Guangxi Water Resources Department and the Guangxi Meteorological Bureau jointly issued a flash flood disaster weather warning: it is expected that from 20:00 on July 18th to 20:00 on July 19th, there is a high possibility of flash flood disasters in Tianlin County, Baise City; and there may be flash flood disasters in Lingyun County, Baise City.
