JD Health's AI doctor "Dawei" made its debut at WAIC 2026.

On July 17th, 2026, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference officially opened at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition & Convention Center. JD Health's AI doctor "Dawei" and the evidence-based medical AI product "JD Zhiyi" developed specifically for doctors appeared together, becoming the focus of the health AI field. In terms of data, "Dawei" has already surpassed the total number of users for the entire year of 2025 in the first three months of 2026, with a satisfaction rate of over 98%. During this year's 618 shopping festival, AI doctor Dawei achieved a user growth rate of over 4 times compared to the previous year.
