This morning, the Ministry of Water Resources held a consultation to analyze and assess the flood prevention situation nationwide, and arrange the deployment of work for defending against heavy rain and floods. As of 9:00 on July 18th, 15 rivers in Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjiang, Inner Mongolia, Tianjin, Hebei, Yunnan, Jiangsu, Guangxi and other places are still above the warning levels, with the largest exceeding 2.82 meters.
