After the completion of this transaction, the company's equity stake in Longgu Technology will increase from 25% to 60%. Longgu Technology will become a subsidiary of the company and be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This matter has been approved by the ninth meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors of the company and does not require approval from the shareholders' meeting.
