China has become the third largest export market for Ethiopian coffee.

Shafi Umar, Deputy Director of the Ethiopian Coffee and Tea Authority, recently stated in an interview with Xinhua News Agency that as of the end of the 2025/26 fiscal year, China has become Ethiopia's third largest export market for coffee.
