On July 17th, Xiao Sheng, the Director of the Capital Account Management Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange, stated at a press conference held by the State Council Information Office that the State Administration of Foreign Exchange is currently stepping up its relevant preparatory work, striving to quickly issue a new round of quotas for qualified domestic institutional investors to better support and serve the real and compliant overseas securities investment needs of domestic residents.
