On July 16th, Xiaopeng officially announced an upgrade to the warranty plan for the air suspension of the Xiaopeng X9 in the community. The announcement stated that some Xiaopeng X9 users have experienced air suspension failures in extreme scenarios such as high temperatures, resulting in a poor driving experience. Xiaopeng Group has provided a special upgrade warranty plan for the Xiaopeng X9 to address the failures of the air suspension system. Effective immediately, the warranty for the front air suspension system of the Xiaopeng X9 (including the front air spring sliding column assembly, air supply unit, air supply unit electromagnetic valve box, and air storage tank) has been extended to 8 years or 160,000 kilometers, and this warranty is not affected by any changes in ownership. Previously, several Xiaopeng X9 owners have reported issues such as air suspension leaks, one side or overall collapse of the vehicle while driving.
