Norwegian Health Announcement: The company's independently developed new generation of highly selective oral TYK2 inhibitor, sofitinib, has successfully achieved the main endpoint in the Phase II/III adaptive clinical study for the treatment of non-segmental vitiligo patients. At week 24, the facial vitiligo area score index decreased by 38.8% in the 80mg dose group and 41.2% in the 120mg dose group compared to baseline, while the placebo group was 2.2%. The differences between the two groups and the placebo group were statistically significant. The treatment showed good tolerability and no new safety signals were found. The company plans to communicate with regulatory agencies to continue advancing its clinical development. This trial is not expected to have a significant impact on current performance.
