Jiangsu strengthens overseas patent layout, 15 measures help enterprises "walk steadily and far".

On July 16th, the Jiangsu Provincial Government held a press conference to interpret the "Implementation Opinions on Strengthening Overseas Patent Layout" recently issued by the Provincial Government Office. The "Opinions" put forward 15 measures focusing on industrial innovation, enterprise coaching, professional services, international cooperation, and overall security, aiming to solve the difficulties faced by enterprises in overseas patent layout such as unclear direction, lack of capability, high costs, and high risks, and to help Jiangsu enterprises build patent barriers for expanding overseas markets.
