Public solicitation of opinions on the construction of "good houses"
Today, it was learned from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development that the "Good House" Construction Guidelines, which were publicly solicited for opinions from the society in March this year, have been publicly solicited for opinions again recently after making relevant modifications. After the relevant modifications, the "Good House" Construction Guidelines are divided into five major parts: the connotation and implementation path of "Good House", safety and durability, comfort and health, green and low-carbon, and smart and convenient. It systematically defines the four core connotations of safety, comfort, greenness, and intelligence of "Good House" in the new era, covering the entire process of housing planning, design, construction, and operation and maintenance, and clarifying the implementation path of improving standards, elaborately designing, selecting materials, finely constructing, and long-term operation and maintenance. It is understood that the modified "guidelines" focus on the pain points of the masses' living, refining technical requirements from dimensions such as site structure safety, indoor healthy environment, energy-saving and carbon-reducing technology, smart communities and smart homes, and considerate design for the elderly and young, all-age friendly, pipeline separation, and variable space, focusing on solving issues like leakage, soundproofing difference, odor blockage, and high energy consumption.
