Zhixun Finance APP News, Shengtai Group (605138.SH) announced that its overseas wholly-owned subsidiary HAI MINH TEXTILE JOINT STOCK COMPANY ("HAI MINH") plans to use its own funds and bank loans to acquire 58% equity of GOLDEN EAGLE (VIETNAM) HEMP INDUSTRY COMPANY LIMITED ("GOLDEN EAGLE" or "Target Company") held by Zhejiang Golden Eagle Co., Ltd., with a transaction amount of 13.39 million US dollars.
