The total amount paid is 40,000,500 yuan. After the cancellation, the total share capital of the company will decrease from 439 million shares to 433 million shares. The proportion of shareholding by the actual controller Tang Yuanming and its concerted action persons will increase from 59.77% to 60.56%, and shareholder Rao Yiran's shareholding ratio will increase from 5.00% to 5.07%.
