Sanmei Corporation announced that its joint venture company, Sentian New Materials, plans to increase its capital and introduce shareholders Hu Rongda and Shenrong Investment. The total investment from all parties is planned to be 55 million yuan, with a subscription of 14.85 million yuan for the new registered capital. The company and other existing shareholders will waive their rights to priority subscription of the capital, totaling 28.05 million yuan. After this capital increase, the registered capital of Sentian New Materials will increase from 270 million yuan to 285 million yuan, and the company's shareholding ratio will decrease from 51% to 48.34%, while still being a joint venture company.
