After deliberation by the company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors nominated Mr. Duan Zhihui as a non-executive director at the Board Meeting held on July 10, 2026. According to the company's Articles of Association, the election of Mr. Duan Zhihui as a non-executive director must be approved by shareholders at the upcoming extraordinary general meeting before it can take effect.
