Haihe River Flood Control Headquarters and Haihe River Commission have respectively initiated Level 4 emergency response for flood control and Level 4 emergency response for flood defense.
According to the forecast, from July 10th to 14th, there will be moderate to heavy rain, locally heavy to severe rain in the Haihe River Basin. Due to the impact of the rainfall, there will be a significant increase in water levels in the Luanhe River and other river systems. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Haihe River Flood Control and Drought Resistance General Command Flood Control Emergency Response Plan" and the "Ministry of Water Resources Haihe River Water Conservancy Commission Water and Drought Disaster Defense Emergency Response Work Regulations", after studying it, starting from 8:00 on July 10th, the Haihe Flood Control General Command will initiate a Level IV emergency response to flood control, and the Haihe Commission will initiate a Level IV emergency response to flood defense. All relevant departments and units are required to further clarify responsibilities, strengthen duty shifts and information reporting, and effectively carry out various tasks for water and drought disaster prevention to ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
