On July 9, 2026, at 17:17, the Hebei Provincial Meteorological Observatory issued an orange alert for heavy rain: It is expected that from daytime on the 10th to daytime on the 12th, the northern areas of Shijiazhuang and Cangzhou will experience heavy to severe rain, with some areas receiving over 70 millimeters of rain per hour.
