The "Cuban Social Digital Transformation" project has officially started.

The launch ceremony of the "Cuban Social Digital Transformation" project was held in Havana, the capital of Cuba, on the 9th. Cuban Minister of Communications Arvalo, Deputy Representative of the United Nations Development Programme in Cuba Bodino, Director of the Cuban Digital Government Center Gonzalez, Chinese Ambassador to Cuba Hua Xin, and others attended the event. According to the introduction, the "Cuban Social Digital Transformation" project is a tripartite cooperation project funded by the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund, aimed at promoting the modernization and upgrading of Cuba's telecommunications and digital service technology infrastructure, facilitating Cuban people's access to digital public services.
