The Central Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning at 06:00 on July 10th. It is expected that from 08:00 on July 10 to 08:00 on July 11, there will be heavy to torrential rain in parts of southern and northeastern Inner Mongolia, southern Heilongjiang, central Jilin, central and western Liaoning, central and northern Hebei, Beijing, Tianjin, northern and western Shanxi, northern Shaanxi, southern Ningxia, southern Gansu, eastern Qinghai, western Sichuan Basin, southeastern Tibet, western and southern Yunnan, eastern Guangxi, southwestern Hainan Island, southern Zhejiang, and Taiwan Island. In some areas, there will be heavy rain, with parts of northeastern and central Hebei, southwestern Beijing, northern Tianjin, and western Shanxi experiencing heavy rain, and localized torrential rain in northern and central Taiwan Island. The above-mentioned areas will experience short-term heavy rainfall, with localized thunderstorms, strong winds, or hail and other severe convective weather.
