Tianfu Communication: The production of active products in the Thai factory will gradually increase month by month in the second half of the year. The current shortage of 200G EML materials is gradually easing.

Tianfu Communication released an announcement on the investor relations activity record. Factory building A in Thailand has successfully started production of passive products after customer verification in 2024, and building B will be put into use in 2025, with active products also verified by customers. Currently, the passive product line is in a steady expansion phase, but the production of active products is limited due to the tight supply of 200GEML chips in the first half of 2026. It is expected that production will increase monthly after the improvement in material supply in the second half of the year. The Thailand company is expected to gradually turn losses into profits with the increase in delivery volume in the second half of the year. The supply shortage of 200GEML materials is gradually easing, and the company will maintain close communication with suppliers to secure more deliveries. The company has prepared fully in terms of site, key equipment, personnel, and processes for the FAU and ELS products supporting the CPO product, to meet customer demands for increased production. The company has the capability of the silicon photonics engine platform and can customize development according to customer needs. Capital expenditures are expected to continue increasing over the next two years, mainly for the construction of the R&D center in the new headquarters in Suzhou, the factory building and equipment procurement in the production base in Jiangxi.
