Guizhou: Build a group of exemplary liquor consumption scenes by 2027.
The General Office of the People's Government of Guizhou Province issued the "Action Plan for Transforming and Upgrading the Shift from 'Selling Wine' to 'Selling Lifestyle' in Guizhou Province". The plan proposes to deeply implement four major upgrade actions in formats, products, business entities, and promotion, with culture as the core, tourism as the carrier, wine as the medium, and life as the scenario. By 2027, a number of demonstration scenarios for Baijiu consumption will be created, with the province adding 10 characteristic wineries, 10 gourmet wine and food districts, 5 high-star Baijiu experience hotels, and 10 characteristic wine bars. Additionally, 21 wine and tourism integrated areas will be upgraded, gradually enriching the ways of experiencing Baijiu lifestyle. By 2030, the matrix of Baijiu consumption scenarios will be comprehensively formed, and the concept of shifting from "selling wine" to "selling lifestyle" will be deeply rooted in people's hearts, becoming an industry consensus and consumer trend, a perceivable, experiential, and desirable way of life.
