Tongfu Microelectronics announced that the company has recently received the approval from the China Securities Regulatory Commission for the company to issue stocks to specific investors. The registration application for the issuance of stocks to specific investors has been approved. The issuance shall be implemented according to the submission documents to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the issuance plan, and the approval is valid for 12 months from the date of registration. The Board of Directors will handle relevant matters within the prescribed period and disclose information in a timely manner.
