Farasis Energy's 46120 large cylindrical battery mass production.

Recently, Farasis Energy announced that its 46120 large cylindrical battery has achieved mass production at the Cangzhou and Wuxi Jiangyin super factories, providing battery products for global delivery to multiple models of the BMW Group's "new generation" pure electric platform. This product is currently the highest in the world among the 46 series, with the largest single cell capacity, reaching an energy density of 310Wh/kg. The usable energy capacity of a single cell is nearly 30% higher than the 4695 battery used in the iX3, and will be first used in the new BMW iX5 pure electric model.
