JEPTE (688025.SH) plans to acquire 100% stake in NEOPTICS to further strengthen the product layout of its optical connectivity business.

The Wisdom Finance APP has reported that Jiepu (688025.SH) has announced plans to strengthen its product layout and sales network in the optical connection business, in order to improve the competitiveness of its related products. The company proposes to acquire 100% equity of NEOPTICS PTE.LTD directly held by the company's director and general manager CHENG XUEPING with its own funds of 1.12 million Singapore dollars through its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiepu in Singapore. Upon completion of the transaction, the target company will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
