Further improve the refinancing system, enhance the inclusiveness and adaptability of the capital market system, continue to deepen the comprehensive reform of capital market investment and financing, better serve technological innovation and the development of new productive forces. In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "Management Measures for the Securities Issue and Registration of Listed Companies," the Shanghai Stock Exchange has revised and formed the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Rules for the Review of Securities Issue and Listing of Listed Companies." The public is now invited to provide feedback, with the deadline for feedback being July 17, 2026.
