AEON (00984.HK) signs property leasing agreement

Zhitan Financial News APP, WingWong (00984.HK) announced that on July 3, 2026 (after the trading hours of the Stock Exchange), WingWong (Guangdong) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company), the owner, Guangzhou Yisheng Commercial Investment Co., Ltd., and the owner, Guangzhou Yingtai Real Estate Co., Ltd. have entered into a lease agreement for the property, with a lease term of 10 years from the commencement date. The property will be leased by WingWong (Guangdong) for operating its retail business at the location.
