The adjustments to the simplified procedure requirements include: first, modifying the bidding process for simplified procedures, combining practical experiences of simplified procedure projects, and streamlining the time for the board of directors to determine the issuance price and target audience; second, modifying the negative list for simplified procedures, changing disciplinary actions against intermediary agencies from disciplinary actions to public reprimands and above.
