The Zhixun Finance and Economics app reported that Xiao Yu Ying Tong (00139.HK) announced that after all the preconditions of the placement agreement were met, the placement was completed on July 3, 2026, and all 245.7 million shares were issued and distributed to at least six underwriters in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
