On July 3rd, Fitch confirmed that Binhai Investment Company Limited (referred to as "Binhai Investment" 02886.HK) has a long-term foreign currency and local currency issuer default rating of "BB+" and a senior unsecured rating of "BB+". The outlook for the long-term issuer default rating remains negative. At the same time, Fitch has withdrawn all ratings for Binhai Investment.
