The National Internet Information Office solicits public opinions on the "Regulations on the Management of Internet Information Services" again.

In order to promote the healthy and orderly development of Internet information services, protect the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons, and other organizations, safeguard national security and public interests, and in accordance with relevant legislative planning arrangements, the National Internet Information Office, together with the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Ministry of Public Security, drafted the "Internet Information Service Management Measures" and solicited public opinions. Subsequently, based on the amended "People's Republic of China Cybersecurity Law" and feedback from the public, the National Internet Information Office, together with relevant departments, made further amendments and improvements to the "Internet Information Service Management Measures." In order to further promote scientific legislation, democratic legislation, and legislation based on the law, and to improve the quality of legislation, public opinions are now once again being solicited.
