Wan Tai Bio announced that Ms. JIANG ZHIMING, a director and general manager of the company, resigned from her positions on July 2, 2026 for personal reasons and will not hold any positions in the company after her resignation. As of the date of the announcement, she did not hold any shares of the company and had no outstanding commitments.
