Si Taili: Part of the shares held by the controlling shareholder have been released from pledge.

Si Taili announced that recently, the controlling shareholders Hu Jian and Hu Jinsheng have completed the procedures for releasing the shares pledged to Guotai Haitong Securities. Hu Jian holds 46.305 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.56% of the total share capital. In this release of pledge, 3.1232 million shares were released, accounting for 6.74% of his holdings and 0.71% of the total share capital. After the release, there are no shares pledged. Hu Jinsheng holds 44.6721 million shares, accounting for 10.19% of the total share capital. In this release of pledge, 20.37 million shares were released, accounting for 45.60% of his holdings and 4.65% of the total share capital. After the release, a total of 18 million shares are still pledged, accounting for 40.29% of his holdings and 4.11% of the total share capital.
