According to information from Four Hui Fushi, recently, the second phase factory of the Thai subsidiary One Circuit Co., Ltd. has officially laid its foundation. This expansion has introduced the MSAP production line and is targeting the AI track. High-end scenarios such as the orthogonal backplane of AI servers, 1.6T/3.2T high-speed optical modules, and HBM storage modules have strict requirements for fine lines and high-density wiring. In the field of optical modules, the market size of MSAP is estimated to be between 12 to 13 billion yuan by 2026, and with the increase in NPO/CPO technology, the annual growth rate may reach 150%. The MSAP production line has become a standard for high-density PCBs and is a necessary condition to keep up with industry development.
