Kuaishou announced the spin-off of its artificial intelligence video generation large model "Keling AI". The pre-transaction valuation is 15 billion US dollars. Keling will seek to raise up to 3 billion US dollars from 15 external investors, including Tencent Holdings (00700.HK), Alibaba-W (09988), and Baidu Group-SW (09888).
