According to the column of "Institutional Leadership" on the website of the People's Bank of China Shanghai Headquarters, Yu Wenjian, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Shanghai Gold Exchange, has been appointed as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Shanghai Headquarters, Branch President of the Shanghai Branch, and Director of the Shanghai Branch of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange. The former Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Shanghai Headquarters of the People's Bank of China, Jin Penghui, was appointed as the Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government in May this year.
