At 11:00 on July 3rd, the China Meteorological Administration upgraded and adjusted the level of emergency response for major meteorological disasters from level four to level three. The China Meteorological Administration issued a yellow typhoon warning at 10:00 on July 3rd: the center of the 10th typhoon "Mysak" this year was located in the south-central part of the western South China Sea, about 145 kilometers south of Lingshui County, Hainan Province, with maximum wind force near the center at level 8 and the minimum central pressure of 995 hectopascals, with a wind radius of 90 to 110 kilometers. It is predicted that "Mysak" will move in a northwest direction at a speed of 10 to 15 kilometers per hour, intensifying, and is expected to make landfall along the coast of Lingshui to Ledong in Hainan in the afternoon of the 3rd, cross Hainan Island, move into the Beibu Gulf, and make landfall again along the coast near the border between Guangxi and northern Vietnam on the evening of the 4th, gradually weakening afterwards.
