The first "Data for Land" project transaction in Nanjing

On July 2nd, Jiangsu Guoxuan New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a contract for 120 mu of industrial land, located in Luhe District of Nanjing City, which will be used for the construction of the company's new investment in the intelligent manufacturing base project. This is the first case in Nanjing City where land element allocation is achieved through the "Data-Driven Land" mechanism, marking a substantial step forward in the city's land element allocation reform. This reform allows industrial land to flow towards higher quality enterprises, providing land security for improving the quality and efficiency of the industrial economy.
