The Zhitong Finance and Economics APP news, Xinming Life Technology (00474.HK) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company hereby notifies the shareholders of the Company that the Company will not be able to publish the annual performance of 2026 by June 30, 2026 or earlier in accordance with Rule 13.49(1) and (2) of the Listing Rules, as the Company needs additional time to collect and organize the necessary information (including but not limited to the valuation of certain financial assets, associated companies, and investment properties) for the auditors to complete the audit of the annual performance of 2026.
