Market sources and data from the London Stock Exchange Group show that Russia's diesel and light diesel oil sea exports in June have plummeted, decreasing by about 39% to around 1.8 million tons compared to the previous month, and a 46% decrease from the same period last year. The reason for this sharp decline is a series of drone attacks that have forced major refineries in the country to shut down. According to estimates from traders and calculations by Reuters, the shipment volume of ultra-low sulfur diesel oil at Russia's largest diesel export port, Primorsk, has decreased by more than half compared to May, to only 623,000 tons. The Russian authorities have not yet made a decision to ban diesel exports, but traders indicate that due to unexpectedly long maintenance at some major refineries and strong domestic demand, exports of ultra-low sulfur diesel in July may drop to the lowest levels, even approaching "near zero".
