Zhongfu Technology: plans to acquire 87% of the equity of Military Science Zhengyuan for 1 billion yuan.

Zhongfu Technology announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Zhongfu Zhengyuan plans to sign a "equity transfer agreement" with Shanghai Jinpan, Siguang Hengsheng, and Song Haifeng to acquire 87% equity of Junke Zhengyuan for 1 billion RMB. This transaction includes performance commitments, with a forecasted non-deductible net profit of no less than 66 million RMB from July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. After the transaction is completed, Junke Zhengyuan will become a subsidiary of the company. This matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholder meeting for review.
