The company was established in December 2011, with Zeng Yuqun as the legal representative. Its business scope includes the development, production, sales, and after-sales service of lithium-ion batteries, lithium polymer batteries, fuel cells, power batteries, super large capacity energy storage batteries, battery management systems, and rechargeable battery packs. It is jointly owned by Xiamen Ruiting Investment Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Securities Clearing Company Limited, and Huang Shilin, among others.
